Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is grounded in trust and compassion. I specialize in creating a warm, nonjudgemental space for adult women who want to gently explore what may be holding them back - whether it is anxiety that keeps you stuck in worry, depression that drains your joy, deep loneliness that makes relationships feel out of reach, eating disordered concerns or an addiction rooted in unresolved trauma. I have over 17 years of experience working with adults, families, children and youth in a variety of counseling, vocational and educational settings. At this time, my practice is centered on working with adult women seeking therapy.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a partnership - a space where we can work together towards healing and growth. Depending upon your unique needs and preferences, I can draw from a variety of methods including EMDR, cognitive and experiential techniques and faith-based approaches.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on getting to know each other, discussing your reason for seeking therapy and getting a sense of what your objectives are for our work together.
