I work with children, adolescents, and adults. When working with children, I use non-directive play therapy, allowing children to express themselves naturally through play at their own pace. This approach honors the child’s inner world and supports emotional growth without pressure or judgment.
With teens and adults, I strive to be both affirming and gently challenging. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel supported while also being encouraged to reflect, grow, and move toward their goals. I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion in the therapeutic relationship and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
Above all, I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.
