Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Julianne. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from many different walks of life and I aim to create a space where each person feels seen, understood, and safe enough to show up as they are. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship distress, trauma, family dysfunction, and reproductive-related stress. I also have a particular focus on the psychological impact of chronic and misunderstood medical conditions, including Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension.

My approach to therapy

I’m not a rigid, rule-book therapist—I believe therapy works best when it feels human, honest, and safe enough to be real. For me, that means showing up as a real person too—usually with a big cup of coffee in hand—while bringing warmth, humor, and directness into our work. Together, we’ll validate what you’ve been through while gently noticing patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to feel confident that I am the best match for their therapy journey. If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll start to explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and move forward together in a way that feels supportive and intentional.

(If you would like to schedule a consultation call but do not see upcoming availability that works best for your schedule, please send me an email at [email protected] and I will do my best to accommodate.)
