Great to meet you!

My bachelor's degree in child development and background in teaching first sparked my passion for helping people grow, while my own experience in therapy from a young age showed me how transformative a trusting therapeutic relationship can be. Those experiences continue to inform the way I support clients today. From there, I attended the University of Southern California to obtain my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, women, and creative professionals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship changes, grief, and identity exploration. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, incorporating DBT skills, mindfulness, and practical tools to build confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use a client-centered style and incorporate DBT skills, mindfulness, and trauma-informed, body-aware techniques to help clients better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to slow down and share your story. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin building a supportive relationship that helps you feel understood and confident moving forward.
