Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) dedicated to helping adolescents, and adults navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and practical. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or family conflict, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. I offer personalized therapeutic support for individuals and families. I understand the unique pressures and challenges teens face today. I’m dedicated to helping adolescents develop emotional resilience, healthy coping strategies, and a positive sense of identity. For adults, I offer a space to process life’s struggles, heal from past experiences, and work toward emotional well-being. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your specific needs. In every session you will be met with with kindness and unconditional positive regard. I strive to create a trusting and supportive relationship where you can feel comfortable exploring difficult issues. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can untangle what’s weighing you down and begin to heal. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through with curiosity and compassion, how your relationships, attachment experiences, truama and life experiences shape the way you see yourself, connect with others and respond to stressors. As these patterns become clearer, you will gain practical tools to manage anxiety, improve emotional wellbeing, strengthen relationships, build self-confidence and create healthier ways of coping.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll create a plan that fosters healing and empowers you to achieve your goals, whether that’s overcoming a difficult chapter in your life, managing ongoing challenges, or embarking on a journey of self-discovery.
