Great to meet you!

I'm Juli, a clinician who has been working in mental healthcare for six years. I have a MSW (Master’s of Social Work) from Loyola University Chicago. I specialize in mood disorders (Bipolar I/II, Cyclothymia, and others) and trauma (Generational Trauma, PTSD, and others). I'm in this field because I truly believe that we all have the ability to break patterns, confront the things which are hurting us, and to live our lives with more grace, happiness, and ease.

My approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic and relational style to help identify patterns and origins of behavior. I also utilize DBT skill training, Self-Compassion work, and other modalities.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you gain understanding and control over your patterns of thought and behavior, whether that be adapting to changes in a mood disorder, or understanding and navigating the management of trauma. My working style is collaborative and warm--I want you to feel more like yourself, whatever that best means for you.
