Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned with who you are. Many of my clients are insightful, sensitive, and capable, yet struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, ADHD, or relationship challenges. You may be used to caring for others, masking your needs, or pushing through instead of feeling supported. You’re looking for therapy that feels safe, real, and validating — not judgmental or distant — and you want to better understand yourself, your emotions, and your relationships.

I offer relational, trauma-informed therapy grounded in attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches. I work collaboratively to help clients understand emotional and relational patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and build self-trust and healthier connections. My practice is affirming of neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ identities.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical. I offer a supportive, honest, and affirming space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationships, identity, or emotional overwhelm, you deserve therapy that feels human, safe, and respectful of who you are.

My approach to therapy

I combine deep empathy and understanding with proven therapeutic methods to help you find relief, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of hope and possibility in your life.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): By exploring the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, CBT helps you identify patterns that might be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll work to shift unhelpful thought patterns and develop new perspectives that better serve your wellbeing.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Blending mindfulness practices with concrete coping strategies, DBT helps you navigate intense emotions and find stability in challenging moments. This approach is particularly effective for those who feel overwhelmed by strong feelings, struggle with emotional regulation, or find themselves caught in reactive patterns.

What you can expect from me

My clients often discover that our work together helps them reconnect with their inner resilience and wisdom they thought they'd lost. As you develop new ways to navigate difficult emotions and experiences, you'll begin to feel more centered, empowered, and at peace with yourself. I'm here to help you do more than just cope with your struggles-Together, we'll work toward building a life that feels meaningful and whole again.

Whether you're battling persistent anxiety, processing trauma, wrestling with depression, or feeling overwhelmed by racing thoughts and intense emotions, I'll help you build upon your existing strengths so you can move forward and create lasting positive changes.
