Great to meet you!

My focus is supporting adults and couples facing anxiety, depression, neurodivergent experiences and life transitions. Many of my clients seek deeper connections with themselves and others, along with enhanced communication in their intimate relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy combines existential and humanistic principles, centered around the belief that each client holds the potential for growth and self-discovery. I integrate psychodynamic, interpersonal, developmental, and solution-focused techniques to address each client’s unique needs. This approach aims to help clients understand and give meaning to life experiences that may not have been fully processed or understood before.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a greater sense of clarity, empowerment, and self-awareness from our sessions together. I am committed to creating a therapeutic relationship that provides a safe, supportive space where clients can share, process, and find meaning in their stories as they navigate their paths toward healing and growth with resilience and tenacity.
