Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I offer counseling services to adults, and specialize in working with current and former military, law enforcement, and first responders as well as their families for treatment of depression, trauma, grief and survivor's guilt, and work-related stressors.

I use cognitive behavioral and trauma focused approaches to help you build skills to manage the stressors that come with public service.
