Great to meet you!

For the past 8+ years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they heal from trauma and navigate the experiences of Borderline Personality Disorder. I believe that healing begins in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental relationship, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to grow. Using evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is something truly powerful about telling your story. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, honoring where you've been while discovering that your story doesn't have to end there. Healing is about rewriting the narrative—not by erasing the past, but by creating a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and truly worth living.

Our work together will balance acceptance and change, using practical, evidence-based techniques you can apply both in and outside of our sessions. You'll learn skills to navigate intense emotions, build self-compassion, and respond to life's challenges with greater confidence and flexibility. Along the way, we'll practice staying present, reconnecting with your body, and learning to listen to the wisdom it holds, so you can feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and the goals you hope to achieve. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and comfortable taking the first step toward healing.
