I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) who specializes in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, life transitions, self-esteem and body image.
I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. I have over 5 years of experience in both partial hospitalization and outpatient settings, where I’ve supported clients with a wide range of mental health needs. I am especially passionate about working with high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed or disconnected.
In addition to my traditional clinical training, I have completed advanced training in integrative mental health. This allows me to take a more holistic approach, helping clients explore how factors like sleep, nutrition, stress, and environmental influences can impact emotional well-being.
My approach to therapy is strengths-based and person-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and focus on building on your existing strengths. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you develop practical tools for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I also bring an integrative, holistic lens to my work. My goal is to help you better understand your mind and body as connected systems, and to support you in creating sustainable changes that promote both emotional and physical well-being.
Throughout our work, I emphasize self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and gently moving away from perfectionism toward a more balanced and aligned way of living.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share what’s been going on for you at your own pace. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.
I’ll also share more about my approach and what sessions may look like moving forward, so you can feel comfortable and supported.
