Great to meet you!

I have extensive experience working with families—including both birth and foster families—involved in DCS care, as well as individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and grief. Through this work, I have supported clients in managing complex family dynamics, coping with loss and transition, and building skills to support long-term stability and well-being.

Most recently, I worked in a primary care setting, where I gained a deeper understanding of the connection between physical and mental health. This experience has strengthened my awareness of how chronic health conditions can impact emotional well-being, stress levels, and overall quality of life. I integrate this perspective into my work, helping clients address both the emotional and practical aspects of living with ongoing health challenges.

My approach to therapy

I am honest, forthright, and compassionate in my work with clients. I deeply value each person’s experiences, perspective, and individuality, and I strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and genuinely supported throughout the therapeutic process.

I aim to instill hope and confidence in your ability to grow, heal, and make meaningful changes in your life. Together, we will focus on building insight, strengthening your sense of self, and developing tools that support greater balance, resilience, and emotional well-being. My goal is to help you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life that feels aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

I’m eager to work with you and your family to navigate life’s mental health challenges in a supportive and collaborative way. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can openly explore your experiences, feel heard, and know that you are supported every step of the way.

Together, we will work toward improving your overall quality of life, strengthening communication, and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships that align with your values and goals. My aim is to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped to handle the challenges that come your way.
