Great to meet you!

My name is Julie Adcock. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a National Board Certified Counselor. My passion and mission in life are to help people find contentment and joy in their life. I will work with you, challenge you, and guide you to unwrap your strengths and open your mind to new possibilities. Together, we will explore solutions in your life to help you grow and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach in counseling is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This approach is based on the idea that your thoughts influence your emotions and your behavior. Change your thoughts, change your life.
