Great to meet you!

Are you experiencing overwhelming feelings of sadness, fear, or hopelessness? Do you find yourself not wanting to participate or even avoid activities you once enjoyed? Do you experience difficulty concentrating, focusing or even making decisions? I am here to listen and help you. Working with individuals experiencing pain and helping them has always been my life's passion.

For over 25 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping people through both professional and personal experience. With a master’s in social work and hands-on experience across all age groups, I’ve supported individuals through both internships and professional roles. I primarily use evidence-based approaches, with CBT as my core modality.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences openly. Together, we’ll uncover tools for healing, growth, and empowerment to help you move toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to meeting and working with you to help overcome your pain. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, confidential, and supportive environment. Let's get started on your journey to feeling better! Contact me to schedule your appointment — fun fact: I'm also a proud dog mom to two lovable doodles, a Labradoodle and a Goldendoodle!
