My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered—your body, your mind, and your voice matter. We make decisions together, and you are an active partner in your treatment.

I take a holistic approach, recognizing that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors. I’m open to both traditional and alternative treatment options and can support clients who wish to explore natural approaches before medication, when clinically appropriate.

My goal is to empower and support you with compassion, practical tools, and thoughtful care to enhance well-being and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

We’ll take time to understand your story, concerns, and goals, and work together to create a personalized path forward that aligns with your values.

My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and understanding, recognizing how life experiences, trauma, and upbringing shape mental health.

Treatment is evidence-based and individualized, thoughtfully integrating therapy, lifestyle changes, supplements, and medication when appropriate.

You’ll leave with clarity, practical tools, and a sense of empowerment, knowing you’re not navigating this alone.
