Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) practicing in New Jersey. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and mood disorders in both adults and adolescents.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Stockton University and my Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Monmouth University.

I spent nearly a decade working in substance use and dual diagnosis treatment before intentionally expanding my practice to work with a broader range of human challenges. That foundation continues to inform my approach, and I help clients create meaningful, lasting change by addressing not only behaviors, but the underlying patterns that drive them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining cognitive, somatic, attachment-based, and existential therapies, as well as internal family systems. I help clients go beyond managing symptoms to understand the deeper patterns driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; so they can create lasting, meaningful change.

I integrate mind-body awareness into my work, drawing from nearly 20 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and support long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we’ll begin to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll go at your pace.

We’ll also start to identify patterns, explore what’s been feeling most challenging, and begin thinking about what meaningful change might look like for you.
