I specialize in addiction, ADHD and depression for all ages. Listening to clients and working together to find the right approach to their situation. I am a very goal oriented person that uses my knowledge and experience to create a treatment plan that motivates and encourages my clients on their mental health journey.

Therapy with goal setting along with medication management no two clients journey are the same.

A meet and greet discovering what has worked in the past and what did not work to come up with a plan the client is comfortable with.
