Great to meet you!

Welcome! Congratulations for taking the first step-it truly takes courage to seek out assistance.

I am an LCSW licensed in NC, NV and CO with over 12 years of experience helping adults of all ages. I have a Masters level Certificate in Interpersonal Trauma as well as a National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC). I work with people experiencing anxiety, burnout, depression, unresolved trauma, and relationship issues as well as other needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clinical therapy can be a space for exploration, reflection, healing, and growth. I believe therapy should be an objective space where you can learn to be vulnerable, to explore yourself fully without fear of judgment or bias. I am honored to be able to provide that space to people and know it can take time to build trust. Ultimately, therapy is all about what works for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Using your life experiences, strength, and values, I partner with you to navigate what you are seeking to understand or change. I'll get to know you a little in our first session and I'll ask you what you would like your life to look like if therapy is successful. Based on your goals, you will learn skills, such as mindfulness, body awareness, communication, and self compassion that will help you manage whatever arises while gaining insight into patterns of behavior and emotions.
