Great to meet you!

I'm Julie Barry, a licensed social worker specializing in perinatal mental health, especially for Black and Brown women. I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, motherhood challenges, vicarious trauma, and work/life balance, offering empathy and understanding.

My approach to therapy

I offer several treatments that have been found to work with people impacted by depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I tailor each treatment to meet your individual needs while consciously considering your unique cultural background.

What you can expect from me

I've seen firsthand the need for mental health treatment and prevention throughout my life. As a Black woman from a low-income community, I recognize many of the barriers to seeking help and remaining vulnerable. I thoroughly believe in recovery and becoming healthier.
