Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to the person—not one-size-fits-all. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and women’s mental health. My goal is to create a warm, open-minded environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and build care around your individual needs.

My approach to therapy

I take time to understand how your symptoms are affecting your everyday life, relationships, and overall well-being before developing a treatment plan. Depending on your needs, care may include medication management, therapy, or a combination of approaches. I draw from evidence-based strategies while keeping your goals, preferences, and comfort at the center of our work.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to talk openly about what brings you to care, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to change. We’ll discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, daily life, and any previous treatments or medications. From there, we’ll identify priorities and begin creating a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapy, or other appropriate supports. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the next steps and a plan built around your needs.
