Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master’s degree in Psychology and Counseling, my approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a holistic understanding of mental wellness. I believe that mental health care is most effective when it is personalized and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences, challenges, and goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families aged 16 to 65, providing care that is inclusive, affirming, and tailored to each client’s specific needs.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients, meeting them where they are in their journey. I take the time to listen and understand their unique story, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and empowered in their healing process. My approach is non-judgmental, supportive, and client-centered, focusing on developing strategies that align with their values and lifestyle.

I emphasize behavioral interventions first, using therapy and lifestyle modifications as primary tools before considering medication. I help clients develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience through evidence-based therapies.

I evaluate diet and supplements as part of a comprehensive treatment plan, recognizing the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and mental well-being

When necessary, I provide medication management with a thoughtful and evidence-based approach. My philosophy is that medication should be a tool, not the sole solution—it is used only when behavioral and holistic interventions alone have not been fully effective.

What you can expect from me

I take the time to educate clients about their treatment options, ensuring they are active participants in their care. My focus is on finding the right balance that supports long-term mental wellness while minimizing unnecessary medication use.

Your mental wellness journey is unique, and I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Whether through therapy, lifestyle adjustments, or medication support, I am committed to helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and regain control of your mental health.

Let’s work together to create a plan that aligns with your values, goals, and well-being.
