Great to meet you!

Telehealth for young adults and adults navigating ADHD, AudADHD, queer identity, belonging, and relationships. Therapy here feels relaxed, curious, direct, and sometimes unconventional. We make sense of patterns without shaming them, translate your nervous system into plain language, and build practical ways to handle conflict, rejection sensitivity, masking, burnout, and relationships that actually fit you.

My approach to therapy

Experienced in therapy with women, queer clients, young adults, adults, ADHD, AudADHD, identity concerns, family patterns, and relationship stress. I work best with people who feel chronically misunderstood: neurodivergent clients, queer folks, women, young adults, and adults who mask, overthink, people-please, shut down, or feel out of place in relationships. The goal: less self-blame, clearer needs, stronger boundaries, and relationships that suit who you are.

What you can expect from me

Sessions blend insight, plain-language education, humor, nervous system awareness, and practical experiments you can use between appointments. We look at your history, relationships, identity, and patterns without pathologizing your brain. Expect curiosity, honesty, flexibility, and room for approaches that are a little outside the box.
