Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of concerns. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, anger management, and adolescent-specific issues. I also incorporate play therapy techniques when working with younger clients.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and experiences. My approach to therapy is collaborative and goal-oriented, helping you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2022, and I am committed to ongoing growth as a clinician to best support my clients’ needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on creating a positive, supportive environment where you feel safe to openly discuss the challenges you’re facing. I use active listening to ensure you feel heard, understood, and validated throughout the process. Together, we will work through personal concerns, identify patterns, and develop realistic, achievable goals. I provide honest, constructive feedback while supporting you in building the skills and insight needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a supportive and comfortable environment where we will begin getting to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you may have. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and experiences, but there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.

Together, we will start identifying what you’d like to work on and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more at ease about the therapeutic process.
