Great to meet you!

My goal is that you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood in our work together. I bring a warm, grounded, and collaborative style to therapy, helping adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and long‐standing emotional patterns. I pay close attention to the deeper themes beneath the surface—your beliefs, your protective strategies, and the ways you’ve learned to cope—so we can create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel safe, empowered, and more connected to yourself from the very beginning.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence‐based therapy with a deeply relational, emotionally attuned style. I integrate cognitive‐behavioral tools for immediate relief with schema‐focused and emotion‐focused work to address the root causes of distress. Together, we explore the patterns that shape your relationships, your self‐talk, and your emotional experience. I help clients build insight, develop new coping skills, and shift long‐held beliefs that no longer serve them. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through clarity, connection, and understanding.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you set the tone and pace. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will feel different in your life. I’ll help you identify immediate sources of relief while also beginning to map out the deeper patterns contributing to your stress or emotional pain. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, understood, and already moving toward meaningful change.
