Great to meet you!

I am so happy you are here. I've practiced counseling since 2012 and am a licensed mental health counselor in Iowa. I provide telehealth therapy, which is an accessible way to receive healing from the comfort of your home. My work includes helping people with life transitions, relationship conflicts, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I offer both individual and couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy on mental health has its deepest roots in the desire to see people reach their full potential. I want to help you along your journey of personal growth. We can work on anything you want to bring to the table; nothing is too large or too small. I am here to help you however I can, and I look forward to the opportunity.

What you can expect from me

You can expect an authentic and respectful approach where we work at your pace and comfort level. I want you to finish each session feeling valued, understood, and hopeful about your future.
