Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of life challenges and transitions. My background includes work in home health, hospice, and community-based settings, which has shaped my compassionate, grounded approach to care.

I have extensive experience supporting clients around grief, loss, aging, and end-of-life concerns, while also working with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, caregiving, life changes, and emotional overwhelm. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore concerns, process difficult emotions, and build practical tools for resilience and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from solution-focused brief counseling, case management, and person-centered care to support the whole individual. I work with adults and families at many stages of life and am especially experienced in helping clients navigate complex transitions, including aging, caregiving, illness, and loss, while also supporting personal growth, emotional balance, and coping skills.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and focus on what feels most important to you right now. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin identifying a direction that feels supportive, manageable, and aligned with your needs.
