Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in primary care and outpatient mental health. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related concerns across different clinical settings. I work with adults and take a collaborative, supportive approach to care, focusing on helping patients feel heard, informed, and involved in their treatment decisions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, practical, and evidence-based. I focus on understanding the full picture—symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, and medical history before making treatment recommendations. When medication is part of care, I emphasize education, shared decision-making, and thoughtful adjustments over time.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will review your concerns, history, and goals for treatment in a comfortable, nonjudgmental setting. I’ll ask questions to better understand what you’re experiencing and discuss possible next steps, which may include medication options, lifestyle strategies, or referrals if appropriate. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported and clear about the plan moving forward.
