Great to meet you!

I am aboard-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that is personalized to each individual's unique needs. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and have extensive clinical experience caring for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

My practice focuses on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health conditions.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel safe sharing your experiences and concerns. I believe meaningful healing begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I am committed to ensuring you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we work together toward lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, whether that means reducing symptoms of anxiety or depression, improving focus and daily functioning, building healthy coping skills, or helping you regain a sense of balance and confidence. My goal is not only to help you feel better but to equip you with the tools and support needed to thrive. I believe healing happens through collaboration, trust, and compassionate care, and I am honored to walk alongside my patients on their journey toward lasting mental wellness.
