Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping you heal and reclaim your life. I have over 20 years of experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and stress related to major life transitions. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can process difficult experiences at your own pace. I am passionate about helping you find hope, healing, and renewed purpose in your life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is client-centered, collaborative and trauma-informed. I believe that healing occurs through empowering you to understand your story, build your capacity, develop lasting changes, and move forward with a more grounded and fulfilling life. I use evidence-based practices, such as EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to support emotional regulation and resilience. I also incorporate somatic and attachment-focused techniques to help rebuild a sense of safety within your body and foster self-compassion. I am vested in helping you heal the past, face your now and achieve the goals of your tomorrow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to explore what is that brings you in and an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will explore your concerns and current stressors and what you would like to get out of therapy. My goal is to create a safe supportive space where you feel heard and understood from the start. Together, we will build a path toward healing and empowerment.
