Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! I am passionate about helping older teens and adults overcome anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and trauma so they can get back to living a life that is rich and fulfilling. You don't have to be held back by these challenges anymore. I also work with people who may have struggled with feeling "not good enough" for a long time. I help them heal and develop a kinder relationship with themselves.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm and supportive style, and will be on your team while you break through the barriers that have been limiting your life. I see each person I work with as truly unique and see our working alliance as paramount. I draw from my years of experience and training in cutting-edge approaches, such as EMDR, ACT and DBT, to help guide your treatment and increase your chances of success.

What you can expect from me

I provide a space where your well-being, mental health, growth, and safety are treasured. As a fellow human being, I know how scary mental health struggles can be. I also know that there is life beyond these struggles, and nothing is more important to me than helping my clients create their own version of a rich, meaningful life.

You can find freedom from the old patterns and habits that have been holding you back. You can know, and feel, that you are good enough. I can help you get there.
