Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are women who have spent years caring for everyone else while quietly losing touch with themselves. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, parenting, midlife, caregiving, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or wanting something more out of life, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and begin creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe you are broken or needing to be fixed. I see therapy as a collaborative process of helping you reconnect with your strengths, resilience, intuition, needs, desires, feelings, inner wisdom, and self-trust.

My approach is warm, curious, and open-minded. You don't have to worry about being judged here; therapy is a place where all parts of you are welcome. I love helping women reconnect with themselves after years of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or putting everyone else's needs first.

I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices to create a holistic approach that honors the body, heart, and mind, while tailoring our work to your unique experiences, values, and goals.

I'll walk alongside you with encouragement—not judgment—as you reconnect with yourself and move toward a life you love.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll want to hear about what's bringing you to therapy, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping will be different in your life. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived. Together, we'll decide what feels most important to focus on and create a path forward that fits you, your pace, your life.
