Great to meet you!

I am a doctorally-prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I also have certifications as an acute care nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner which uniquely positions me to consider all aspects of your health, both physical and mental, when we are developing an individualized treatment plan together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe every individual must own their mental health. I am here to help you along that path, but ultimately, the only person who can make changes to your life is yourself. I provide medication management, but without psychotherapy and being willing to put in the work your results will be limited. Just taking a pill and expecting everything to be better is not realistic, so I want to help you not only with medications to help, but help you do the work!

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect me to be your partner in mapping out a path towards better mental health. I will provide you with information and together we will make decisions. ***Please Note*** I am not accepting any new clients who are seeking specific ADHD treatment with stimulants. I currently have a number of clients with this diagnosis and treatment, and I do not wish to have a practice which focuses excessively on this diagnosis/treatment.
