Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Julie Daggett, a licensed clinical psychologist with 25 years of experience working with sensitive, self-aware, high-achieving adults who are ready for something that actually works. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative — clients often tell me they feel “instantly calmer” or “finally understood.” I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, nervous system regulation, and life transitions, and I work exclusively online with adults across California.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic and nervous system regulation, and depth-oriented inner work so we can address what’s happening in both your mind and body. I draw from IFS, mindfulness, and psychodynamic frameworks depending on what each person needs. Sessions are collaborative and grounded — we work together to shift stuck patterns, build self-trust, and create real momentum toward a life that actually fits you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an intake checklist — I want to understand you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping your life looks and feels like on the other side of this work. I’ll share my initial impressions and we’ll begin to sketch out a direction together. Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, clearer, and cautiously hopeful.
