Hi! My name is Julie Darter and I am a mental health therapist. I work with adolescents and adults with mental health issues ranging from relationship problems to anxiety, depression, and dealing with trauma, as well as others.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting people where they are and work with a multitude of approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, supportive and trauma-informed modalities.

I know that not all session can end on an upbeat note; however, I would hope that clients will leave with a sense that they are valuable and deserving of positive things in their lives even if they don't see that in the moment.
