Great to meet you!

Developing a strong therapeutic alliance is important to me as a psychologist and psychotherapist. I create a customized treatment plan for each patient and select specific therapy modalities or interventions to address their unique and personal health challenges.

My degree is Doctor of Psychology, which is abbreviated as PsyD.

I provide psychotherapy and personal coaching. Therapy can address mild to severe mental health conditions or challenges. Personal coaching can address problems with relationships, improving communication skills, career growth, stress management, executive functioning, or other areas of personal growth and development.

If you have questions about the difference between therapy and coaching, please ask me.

Clients typically come to see me when they are feeling dissatisfied in their life and relationships, or when they are experiencing difficulty functioning in one or more areas of life or work.

One of my areas of expertise is providing psychotherapy to medical doctors & other healthcare professionals.

I also specialize in executive functioning coaching. Many of my clients have an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or challenges with focus, follow through, time management, and organization of behaviors around a goal. I coach individuals age 16 and older.

For corporate executives and their teams, I provide specialized executive coaching, leadership development, performance improvement coaching, and psychological management consulting.

If you are struggling with any of the above issues, please get in touch with me and schedule an appointment.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines psychodynamic frameworks with cognitive behavioral therapeutic techniques. I design custom treatment plans that integrate interventions from a variety of therapy modalities or orientations, depending on the client's unique problems, circumstances, and personal traits.

What you can expect from me

My patients can expect a relaxed, safe space, an environment of acceptance and non-judgement, empathy, positive regard and respect, and a collaborative approach to treatment.

Currently, I have a waitlist of two to three weeks for in-person appointments with new patients. If you email me, I will put you on the list and let you know an estimated wait time. I may be able to begin seeing you virtually right away, then move to in-person if preferred, when I have a spot open up.

Email me with any questions. I look forward to meeting you.
