Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, or the weight of everyday life, therapy can be a place to exhale, heal, and rebuild. I help clients develop practical coping skills they can use in daily life while also making space for the deeper work of understanding patterns, pain, and what they want next. My goal is to meet you where you are with compassion and help you move toward greater stability, confidence, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I’ve provided therapy in outpatient settings for more than 25 years and draw from approaches like CBT, EMDR, DBT, and family systems work. In sessions, you can expect a warm, open-minded, and supportive space where we explore challenges together and focus on meaningful, realistic progress.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to work with an experienced therapist who will meet you with care and respect, I invite you to reach out. Taking the first step can feel hard, but support is here.
