Great to meet you!

If your mind rarely feels quiet, your energy is low, or past experiences keep replaying no matter what you do, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, and women’s issues. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your life. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome.

My approach to therapy

In our work, I primarily use EMDR and Narrative Therapy and tailor each session to your pace, your story, and your strengths. If you connect through creativity, we can bring in art or writing; if you prefer to talk things through, we’ll focus on conversation and practical tools. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental environment where you’re listened to, validated, and supported as we explore what healing might look like for you.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need the “right” words or a perfect plan to get started—just a willingness to show up as you are. In our first session, we’ll focus on what feels most overwhelming right now and what you hope will be different, then create a plan together. If you’re ready for a safe, collaborative space to start feeling better, you’re welcome to book a session and take that next step toward relief and change.
