Great to meet you!

Hi There! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience working with teens, young people, and adult men and women. I graduated from the University of Denver with a Masters Degree in Social Work in 1997 II have expertise in helping those who are facing challenges such as difficult relationship issues, domestic disputes, divorce, family chaos, care giver strain, grief and loss, illness depression, anxiety, parenting teens and many other barriers to peace and happiness.

My approach to therapy

I like to offer an open, and safe space to explore current issues and take a look further at root causes for discomfort. I view each person without judgement as whole and able to navigate the changes they need with strong and professional support. Utilizing a solution focus, strength based approach, I work to unearth self-destructive thoughts and behaviors offering tried and true methods for maintaining personal integrity and self worth.

What you can expect from me

My work has taught me that your time is precious and I strive to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to tackle issues. Many of the folks I have worked with state they feel a new sense of empowerment, clarity of thought and a renewed zest for living. I will be your champion offering insight into your relationships, family dynamics, thought patterns, self image and self respect, limit setting, and goals.
