My approach to therapy

Julie loves helping people and is passionate about using a positive approach to her work with patients. She practices from a strengths-focused and mindfulness-based perspective in order to empower her patients and help them maintain a focus on positivity and gratitude, even during the process of addressing their problems and concerns.
