Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Julie, and I’m glad you’re here! I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating life changes. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on creating a space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll build practical tools and work toward meaningful, lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems perspectives to help clients better understand themselves, manage emotions, and create meaningful change. I have a special interest in supporting anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and improving communication. Above all, I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive space where you can share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll talk about your concerns, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels realistic and tailored to your needs. I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
