I am a proud Army brat who grew up on 2 continents and lived in 7 different states. I love getting to know people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. An active Mom to 4 kids, I am passionate about the spark of potential for growth and change that lives in each individual. In my 10 years of clinical experience, it has been such a joy to watch people shape their stories and learn through challenge.
I firmly believe that change is best nurtured by moving at the individual’s preferred pace and starting with an area of strength. My goal is to provide a warm and secure atmosphere for every client to explore their future as they heal from the past.
The first session will consist of a careful exploration/ assessment of the client’s presenting concerns and history. We will also discuss goals for therapy, and any questions the client might bring so that we can together agree on a treatment plan.
