Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting women and families through pregnancy, new motherhood, infertility, and perinatal loss. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or just not like yourself, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to be honest about what you’re carrying. Together, we gently explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you manage anxiety, depression, and life stress. Therapy with me is about both insight and real-life change — at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you hope might feel different. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this is your time. By the end of our first or second meeting, we’ll begin identifying clear, meaningful goals for your therapy journey.
