Great to meet you!

Welcome! Julie here, a bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking therapist w/ 7+ yrs of experience. Brooklyn born and raised, I graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in clinical social work, in 2017. Practicing with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

Heavily leaning on strengths based approaches and modalities, over more taking a client centered approach to treatment. I follow the lead of the client, believing that the client is the expert of their own experiences. I take an eclectic approach which is always client centered, as I firmly believe that there is not a one size fits all for treatment.

What you can expect from me

Throughout the therapeutic journey you can expect to feel comfortable and free to discuss anything and everything that brings you to therapy, in a judgement free space. My mission is to make you feel understood, hopeful, empowered, motivated, inspired, encouraged, and challenged when needed for the purpose of your personal growth and healing.
