Great to meet you!

With more than 20 years of experience as a school psychologist, I have dedicated my career to supporting the emotional, behavioral, and mental well-being of children, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also recognizing the importance of treating the whole person. I take a holistic, compassionate approach that considers each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we work to develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

A first therapy session is usually less about solving everything right away and more about getting to know you, understanding why you're seeking therapy, and deciding how to work together. You can ask me any questions you would like as well.
