Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving teens and adults (ages 11 to 64) throughout Washington via telehealth. My work focuses on helping people regain stability, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions, and I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from psychiatric hospitalization, helping them stabilize, reconnect with themselves, and reestablish a sense of safety. I also assist those navigating school avoidance, OCD symptoms, sleep difficulties, and major life transitions. I have extensive experience with LGBTQ+ individuals and those with adoption and foster care backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to help you better understand your symptoms and build practical skills for improved daily functioning. I incorporate parenting work when supporting families. I am direct and practical while making sure you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change throughout our work together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin exploring what has brought you to therapy. I will listen carefully and make sure you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. There is no judgment here. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clear sense of what we can work on together. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
