Great to meet you!

A career woman, licensed attorney, mother, divorcee, and active community member, I bring my own life experience and vast education to my work.

My approach to therapy

I focus on my client and my client's needs and goals. Each of us navigates this world differently. Using empathy and evidence-based best practices, I work collectively to validate my client's experiences and guide them towards a holistic approach to problem solving and confronting life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

After a free 15 minute consult to see if we are a good fit, I will work to engage my client and draw out what their priorities are in therapy and the expectations they have along with the goals they want to achieve.
