Great to meet you!

Life can be overwhelming. Feeling alone while struggling can compound that sense of despair. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, divorce, career challenges, health issues, addiction, or even just confusion about the future, seeking help is the beginning of the change. As a career woman, licensed attorney, mother, divorcee, and active community member, I bring my own life experience and vast education to my work. We can figure out a plan together to make navigating the day-to-day more manageable.

My approach to therapy

We all have different needs and different goals. In therapy, I will use empathy and proven best practices to help guide you towards problem solving and confronting your life's challenges. We will work collectively as you navigate the world and the challenges you are experiencing. I think the most important thing is for all folks to feel validated, and to truly believe that there is someone who can hear their perspective. If I am your chosen therapist, I commit to doing that for you.

What you can expect from me

After a free 15 minute consult to see if we are a good fit, we will work to draw out what your priorities are in therapy and what expectations you have. Together, we will focus on the goals you want to achieve with a manageable strategy to accomplish them. Remember in the wise words of Mark Twain, "The secret to getting ahead, is getting started."
