Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have been in practice since 2014, upon receiving my Master's Degree in Community Mental Health and Counseling Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. I have a wide range of experience in various clinical settings working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am passionate about providing empathetic yet effective and comprehensive treatment to vulnerable and marginalized populations.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built on a humanistic approach to treatment. My clients are treated as unique human beings who are navigating complex circumstances. The foundation I build with each client is based on the understanding that the key vehicle for change is the therapeutic relationship between us. I find it rewarding to bear witness to my clients bravely facing their challenges and being a part of the healing process with them. It is an honor to be entrusted with the clinical care of my clients.

What you can expect from me

I provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed care and specialize in treating trauma and attachment related issues. I work closely with my clients to move them towards acceptance of self and life circumstances, while simultaneously creating change. This balance between acceptance and change provides the framework for my approach to treatment.
