Great to meet you!

I provide a compassionate and gentle approach to therapy, with the goal of strengthening and honoring the "inner-you", so that you can live a more authentic and genuine life.

I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, and trauma. I have a certificate in traumatic studies from the Trauma Research Foundation which has provided a solid foundation in the effects of trauma.

My approach to therapy

I take an attachment theory approach to therapy and will often combine other therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, parts work (IFS), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for my clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered through their work in therapy. In therapy, we will work towards increased insight and tools that can be applied outside of the office.
