Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Wyoming with 31 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, intimacy related issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Person-Centered Therapy to support both practical change and emotional growth.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, supportive space. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you’d like to address. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, while also giving you plenty of time to share at your own pace.
