Great to meet you!

I work with adults who have struggled to release emotions related to past experiences, particularly trauma that can become trapped in the body. If you're struggling with managing daily life due to anxiety, ADHD, substance dependence, depression, or trauma, I provide support and techniques to help you live the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative experience to develop a trusted connection and sharing of our most vulnerable selves. I use CBT with a somatic and EMDR lens. I believe thoughts and behaviors are driven by unexpressed emotions within the body and that people need a safe space to allow emotions to exist.

What you can expect from me

Our first session consists of an intake in which I ask questions about your life and goals to begin to understand you and what direction you're looking to go. After the necessities, I prefer to shift to a more organic style in which we identify your immediate needs and explore where you are and where you want to go.
